Stats

Numbers can be revealing and I think tracking things is important. Personally I tend to inflate the time I *think* I spend on good things and deflate how long I spent on less good activities. So the ability to know exactly how long I exercised or slept is helpful because it informs decisions about my health and well-being. 

I'm not sure podcast stats are useful, but they're interesting, especially how much time I've skipped!
