Why are so many technology companies so terrible at making their products usable? Right now I'm struggling with a Belkin Wemo switch that removes the last character of my WiFi password! I have been around technology long enough to know about forums and the vague differences of WiFi networks but these things shouldn't be so hard to configure given the age and maturity of WiFi. Of course the Belkin is better than the router which is just a foreign, non-Roman character language to the average person!
